what do you call a belt

that doesn't have a buckle on? I am looking for a black leather belt without a buckle, or with one that can be changed. I don't know where to look and what they are called. thank you!

So, do you mean a piece of leather or cloth that you just tie? ie a sash?
Or a nurses belt type of buckle where the end pieces kind of 'hold hands' rather than having a typical buckle?
