Call them back and immediately ask to talk to a supervisor or manager. Dont waste time speaking to the operator cos they'll just fob you off again. Be calm. Obviously its very frustrating that you've been fobbed off so many times but remember that you're dealing with another human being at the end of the line. Shouting at them or losing your temper will only make them not want to help you. (And some people will maybe go out of their way to make the situation worse)
Calmly explain the situation to the supervisor and that you've heard nothing back even though you've been promised numerous call backs from the company. Ask the supervisor to find out what they can whilst keeping you on hold so that they can update you immediately. If thats not possible get their name and reference number for the call so if you have to call back you can quote the information. If you feel that you're getting nowhere - ask to speak to the next person up. And keep doing so until you get your answers. But dont lose your temper, be rude or sarcastic to the person at the other end of the phone - you might need them to go the extra mile to get this problem fixed and they're not likely to do that if you've lost it. Remember its not their personal fault. Good luck!
