I'm reluctant to register as I'll probably just be bombarded with junk mail. Is it actually any good? Are there any decent buys to be had?

I've bought a couple of bedding sets from them and been very pleased. The only thing is that the stuff takes weeks to arrive - it does give you an estimated delivery date and it has been true to that, but don't order if you are in a hurry. You must be able to turn off the emails as I don't get any....not even into my spam folder.

I joined up but have just ignored the emails - might be different if I was actually looking to buy something.

Hi, I joined when they were still quite a new company and they seemed okay, but it seems that the more the company has grown the worse the service has become. I have been let down by them on more than one occasion - one of those was a Christmas present ordered in early October - it never arrived! The customer service was VERY poor and they didn't seem to care. I would steer well clear.

Oh, also there is no way of contacting them other than by email, the phone numbers listed with companies house do not exist.
