Best and Worst Shops
26 Answers
Just read on Yahoo News that Halfords was voted worst shop, best was "Lust" beauty shop, never heard of it are these surveys justified, agree with some comments, TkMax was up there as being bad, I love TKMax but in our local one I think the staff for customer service with the exception of one or two are the worst, your views

The staff are not only trained with customer service being a top priority but they select staff that WANT to provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately there are no John Lewis or Waitrose here in Northen Ireland but If there were I would only shop with them.
H&M got another vote from me yesterday. My mum got some things for my nephew. Same item, two different colours but they went through at different prices (one had the lower price on a ticket, other one didn't have one). We queried it with the rather stroppy assistant who served us who blatently wasn't interested and wouldn't even go (or get someone to) go and check - she put the barcode number in again but that was quite pointless as it came up as it did the first time (I've since checked on the internet and the lower price was correct). We just left in the end.
