It suggests 4.5 Tog for summer, 9 for spring and autumn and both of them snapped together for winter. It also gives prices which you could use as a ball park figure when you look round your local shops. Ikea could be a good source for a quality duvet.

I wasn't suggesting that you buy one from that site as they are rather expensive. However, the prices shown are for the two quilts - one 4.5 Tog and the other 9. As with most things, I suppose you get what you pay for.
I had a look in the Ikea catalogue and, for some reason, they only seem to list single ones! I looked on their website and, if you click on a product name after having done a search for "quilt", they do list different sizes.
