Hi, i ordered a pair of sunglasses from SmartBuyGlasses.co.uk, they could not provied the order and have promised a refund (still waiting), has anybody delt with this company ? are they ok or fraudsters?

This is not a UK company, and although it claims to have branches in a number of countries, the site is registered to a PO box (Locked Bag) in Sydney, Australia. Oddly enough, Australia is not included in the list of locations on the site.

If you don't hear form them soon if you paid by dredit card you could be protected of item coat over £100. You will need to provide bank with details of sale.

I find it really sad that people continue to order from places they do not check out first.

Although the website is a co.uk one. It is registered in Australia. Their stock comes from China.

They have reasonable reviews until you want your money back. Them being in Australia/China give little redress.

Any company registering to give the impression they are from one country but based in another should be avoided.
