faulty mattress

I have taken delivery of a faulty mattress for the second time. Is it tricky to get your money back, or easier to ask for yet another replacement? Many than ks.

Tell them in fullest details exactly what has happened and say that you have now lost confidence in their ability to supply a bed which is fit for the purpose. Say that unless they supply a non-faulty mattress within seven days you will repudiate the contract and require the immediate return of your money on the eighth day. You could also tell them that if your money is not forthcoming you intend to commence County Court proceedings to recover your money and that if it becomes necessary to do so you will also claim all costs and expenses, telephone calls etc., and a sum suitable to compensate you foinconvenience and disappointment.
