Do they still deliver from Jersey? Are they pre-orders?
Have you contacted Tesco?
Bad weather in the channel?
How about Royal Mail taking 2 weeks to send me 5 books of stamps and charging £1.45 to post an envelope through the door??
Bloody hell, is that right, mamya.
Bought some stuff from RBL, for this week, had to pay £2.40 fro delivery, as they forgot to pay for the postage :((
Sure is...excuse given, they are busy dealing with orders for Olympic and Queen's Jubilee stamp orders.

Great advert isn't it.
Yes mamya, a brilliant advert.
I stopped ordering books from them years ago precisely because of this problem. Having said that WH Smiths weren't much better.
You can buy books of stamps in supermarkets and other places though.
I've found Waterstone to be excellent for books, free, very prompt delivery, and the prices are competitive with Amazon and the like.

thanks for all the replies
Asda is my nearest supermarket and despite ordering stocks have had none for 6 weeks, that is why I went online.
why order books from tesco? they will not have books at their distribution centre, books will come from a central book depository that mails out books for most high street book sellers. including the one i work for.
If you omit the second and third word from the title, your sentence would still be valid.
Ah, righto mamya.

I only ordered them as they were not on the shelf, usually I get them off the shelf, once bitten twice shy, will not order from them again, it just annoys me that all these BIG companies love to take your money first, Virgin are no better, another crap company, I could list loads but wont bore the lot of you
Why bother to buy the books, why not borrow them from a library? unless of course the books are for gifts. Even then, a book token would be a good idea.
