Signing up to website process

I'm hoping somebody on here can enlighten me on the registration process at very.co.uk

I was just about to complete my registration before it showed I had £3000 credit to spend and that I needed to accept the credit agreement and I will receive a statement every 28 days.....obviously a bit like a credit card. 

1)Is this the only way to register?.....ie do you have to accept the credit agreement to register or can you just register and if you wanted to purchase something using a debit card/ bank account then just pay with that instead of using this £3000 credit limit? ( I realise the limit may vary with different people)

2)Is the £3000 credit limit for the option of paying nothing for 12 months/ credit orders? 

3)If i were to use the £3000 credit to purchase something do i need to spend up to this credit limit within a certain period of time or can I  spend as much or as little of it as I like? 

4)Also if I were to buy something on the option of not paying anything for 12 months how would that affect the credit limit and would I be able to use the new customer 10%discount on this method of payment? 

I've never signed up to anything like this so am just trying to get a better understanding of how it works from people who have done so before before I sign.

i don't understand why you don't just ask them - surely they know all their policies? just call their customer services.
