Primark Sizing

Hi, does anyone here shop at Primark? I'm just wondering how their sizes run. I know that all brands end up being slightly different with how they size their clothing! If you were a dress size 10 for example, would Primark's size 10 fit correctly, or would you go for the 12, or the 8?

sizings vary a lot-would try on before buying as usually need bigger size than normal.

Thanks for the answer, but it's on Ebay, so can't try it on, that's why I was hoping to find out how their sizing usually runs from people who shop there.

If you've enough time, why not nip to a primark and try on a 8/10/12 and then bid or not when you return?

If it's a few days before the auction ends-you could contact the seller and enquire about the garment's measurements. I always do that if I'm not sure.

They are not generous in their sizing and you need to be a real 10 to fit in a Primark 10 IMO. They are not known for great tailoring either!

When Richard shops were about in the 70's I was a small size 10. I found a lovely evening dress in there but needed a size 16. Needless to say I didn't buy it.
