I would imagine that 4000 cigarettes represents quite a large physical volume and may be a problem if you are flying.
If you are planning to re-sell them, that is illegal. Don't do it!
Just make sure none of your friends grasses you up as this is illegal.
isnt it supposed to be an unlimited amount that you can bring? although they dont let you if they can stop you! , as previous answer, if questioned you have to prove that they are for personal use, I have heard of stories similar where people have had to prove that they are for their own personal use! It is a criminal offence to sell them on i believe, is it worth the risk?
