Digital Photo Frame

Since my sister has has camera and video in her phone could there be something like photo frame that allows videos too Thanks for may be a dumb question.

because I am retired from work 10 years - my girls in the typing pool would have me kept abreast of the new technology and I am so behind times and I did like to keep up with the times. For instance my friend slotted this type of phone into a socket and the sound of music (which I think she downloaded) would have filled a ballroom. So I am missing all that. I have a wee feeling video and photo thingmajig can be somewhere around.

i have a digital photo frame and every few minutes the picture changes ,it was a novelty at first but i haven't turned it on for ages
