Transferring Credit On My Mobile Phone

I'm on Tesco mobile pay-as-you-go. Because of the freebies they give me on top of my £10 a month top up, I always end up with £5 credit each month that I don't use. Is there any way I can transfer my accumulated credit to my bank account, or preferably, my paypal account?

Have you tried buying a £5 credit? Would you be able to use that one month with the free £5 then the next month buy £10?
