Maybe, but.... I ordered an item from an Amazon seller a couple of months ago. Almost immediately it was listed as despatched. After three weeks it still hadn't arrived. It was only then I looked at buyers reviews for this seller. They were appalling. One after another, complaints about non-delivery. I took Amazon's refund option claiming non-delivery, and, whaddya know! Withing 5 seconds of submitting my claim, Amazon had responded with a refund. I can only conclude that they knew about this seller, which is why the refund was so quick, yet they'd made no move to remove him from their listings.
