Sounds a bit odd Caranare you expecting a parcel, or could you have won something?
Do they give you the chance to give the correct postcode so it can be delivered, r are they aking for money?
Yep, and it goes straight into the spam box

Sure we haven't ordered anything. Tried to open the attachment and avast said not safe so didn't. I have emailed to ask where is parcel from. It's the charging me bit that sounds a bit iffy.
It's SPAM - delete without clicking on any links.

Thanks everyone for all help and info.
Caran, if I believed in every email I get, I'd have a penis longer than the River Thames and more money than a Euromillions lottery winner

Love it Elvis!!
What caught my attention was the term "postal code". That, to me, is a Canadian/US term. Don't you use the term "post code"? Not that that solves the dilemma.
And with all the Viagra emails Elvis, it would be as erect as the Shard!
Why did you try to open the attachment?

Never ever click on an attachment on an e mail that you don't recognise as definitely genuine.

I thought I recognised UPS as had parcels from them before. Learnt my lesson now though!

Couple of times a week at least, Shows in inbox list as,
"UPS Delivery Problem"
Goes straight in the bin, never even gets opened, it's a scam!
I've had loads of those UPS ones, as above they are automatically sent into my spam inbox for deletion. And lots of Russian women who want to get to know me.

This just reminded me to check my personal emails, sure enough, there was one sitting there in inbox, now deleted, unopened,
Yes many times. Do not on any account open any attachments on emails you are not expecting. Do not either click on anything say just click on here to update your bank details. Had one yesterday saying it was from Barclays (I do not have a Barclays account). It said they were doing some "xtra security" and if I dont click on it the account "will been subject to suspension"
when you've dealt with UPS, have you given them your email address? If not it's clearly a scam. If so... it's probably still a scam.
Obvious scam

It is to you Caran,
but its not to you Caran coz the address is wrong

thea ttachment will contain a virus

no I havent had one
It's a scam, so it's spam.
