Does anyone have a phone number for them please? I have had several successful orders with them but am still waiting for some earrings from an order in Aug - emails to them received one reply in sep( stating there was a delay with them) but heard nothing since.

I can see your problem. I had a look at their website and there seems to be just the Contact Form.
It seems that the only thing you can do is bombard them with these forms and hopefully they will reply. Good luck.
