stumped,i purchased the above steam cleaner from qvc app18months ago,ive accidently cracked the screw on cap to the water tank therefore at this moment its u/s,ive searched the web for this part or the complete water tank to no avail,what maddens me on contacting oreck spares they have been taken over by vax and not got the oreck part, dont think they are intrested, i have e-mailed oreck usa thy have it but do not send parts to GB,anyone got a oreck 75i they dont use use, or broken they would sell me the part i req.just a chance i could be lucky.

no but will do,thought they would not be able to do anything , oreck told me because i had done the damage they would not fetch it in for repair i was not prepared to paytwo way carriage,on saying that they had not got the part anyway.
