Possible To Return Hair Dye?

I bought one of BLEACH London's 'super cool colours' and got home to realise I bought the wrong colour. I haven't opened the bottle but there's no other packaging so would I be able to swap it?

Where did you buy it, and do you have the original receipt? was it in a box or other packaging when you bought it?

No harm in asking. They may value their reputation such that they agree, but I doubt you have a right to a refund. You agreed the sale, it is fit for purpose.

I bought it from boots, yes I have the receipt but it only came in a bottle, and I'm assuming there's no seal so I doubt they'd let me return it. Thanks though!
