I tried the Avon one which was useless. I found that if you soak your feet for a while then take a knife and pare off the skin that helps. Thereafter use a cocoa butter cream morning and night that should help. Also use a pumice stone each time you bathe.
File hard skin off regularly with a foot file after a good soak .Compeed for cracked heels is brilliant .Not that I'm saying your heels are cracked :) It's a great all round foot cream .
Most pharmacies sell bladed tools for removing hard skin from the feet.
My podiatrist recommends that once purchased they are thrown straight in the bin before serious damage is done by over enthusiastic amateurs.
A visit to a pro then moisturising with the cheapest aqueous cream available (Aldi, £1.99/500g) works well.
I have used flexitol for years on my residents feet, as long as you use it twice a day it is amazing. Yes the hard skin will disappear also. If you can't do it twice a day then don't buy it!
