Bought Item But Didnt Come, Paid By Visa Debit Card

bought something online, at the time i registered an account, that was 2 weeks ago, item has still not come, i tried to log into account but it is saying i have no emaila ddress registered to this company, maybe they took me off their system ( sneeky )

what can i do, go to bank tomorrow with card i paid with ?

Phone the company if they have a number listed. If not ring the card company and explain. This has happened to me and I got my money back without problem .

The cheapest isn't always the best value.

Before using a new online store it is worthwhile checking that they have a physical address and landline number, it is a useful way of substantiating their credentials.

it was ordered online, not ebay. ive had some problems in past on ebay but allways had them resolved but this was an online company.

Allow 28 days for delivery usually, especially if from overseas....is there not contact information on site ?

Did you check that the company had any credibility, a proper address and a UK landline phone number.

The web is the WWW and consequently you may be buying from some off shore dodgy dealer. Confirming that you are purchasing from a legit business is sensible practice, caveat emptor and all that.

lloks like company do not have any contact details, i tried log in with email addy but its not recognising it even though they emailed me to say that item was dispatched.

.WS is Western Samoa and is most often used so the registrant can't be traced, you've been scammed

if you paid by credit card you'd get your money back, since Visa are responsible for checking the reliability of the companies they allow to use their card. But with a debit card all you can do is call your bank and make sure you haven't inadvertently allowed them to take more payments, as ff suggests.
