Secret Santa! Help!

The lady I've drawn out of the hat is a Lewis Hamilton fan so I've purchased a signed photo off Amazon - however, there's a 'cheeky/rude' theme this year (!) so how do I s-x up this gift? Any ideas anyone?

Good luck. I know that amazing things can be achieved by photo shopping. I couldn't do it. I'm totally useless but I know other people who are really good with it all. The outcome looks pretty convincing. Good luck Sue.
