here i go again off on another rant, bought karaoke machine over hols for my child, machine was faulty not fit to use , really if it had a small fault i could of held on, anyway when i bought it the item it was free delivery, now ive returned it to germany at my cost...!!!!

now ive just recieved trainers, wrong size and wrong description , i paid original postage £3.99 , the seller has agreed to a refund for item and has sent me return label ...but heres the catch, on top of return label it says paypal will charge me £5.89 to use this return label.

i am really really fuming and angry at this, im left to pay out a total of around £10 to return a *** useless pair of wrong fitting , not as described shoes ?

Dieseldick, you really SHOULD go through the proper channels as already stated. I sell and buy on eBay; I have a FB rating of 100% on over 2800 sales with never a complaint against me. EBay's a great place to buy and sell. You've been unlucky:-(

diesel, you should have opened an eBay case about the Karaoke machine and trainers.
They would have refunded you instantly post and purchase price.
Then just give the return tracking number and ebay do the rest.
you will have problems if you do not do it by the rules.

after all this time i still find ebay hard to navigate and deal with....as for the kaoraoke system how can i get my money back on this ? i did not want open a case as seller seems so genuine and honest,

On your purchase history page click on the item and there is an option 'return this item' click on that and there is a drop down list of reasons one is 'item does not work or is defective' click on that and follow the instructions
