same as others..keep your receipts though ! They changed a radio for me after 2 years no probs

Take your faulty item, along with proof of purchase, back to the shop and they'll sort it out for you.

i think it depends on what you buy, i had a tv which developed a fault after the initial 30 day shop return, so i had to phone the number that came with all the paper work. had no problem at all, a courier came to collect and drop off a replacement at the same time to suit myself, can't fault their service but that was about 10 years ago.
