hello people I brought an expensive watch on eBay from a seller it was described as new so it should be working unless its described as not working but, when I received the watch it wasn't working the description of the watch didn't say it was not working which it should of done.

Any ideas on how to get my money back people would appreciate any ideas thanks.

Before you start on the "money back" route....are you sure it's not working?
Is it battery-powered? Does the battery need renewing...or does the crown just need pushing right in? Or, if automatic, does it need powering-up by wearing, moving around etc?

I took it to 3 jewellers they couldn't find out what's wrong with it as it is and old watch and they don't have the tools to open it and find out as it has multiple layers and battery's.
So, it's an "old watch" that the seller described as "new"? Mis-described then....follow the advice above.
