Amazon are direct sellers and act as agents for other sellers, and have a system in place that acts for the customers regardless of selling.

Amazon Prime is a combination of features Amazon provide. One day delivery if stated, video streaming with nuch free, rental and purchase stuff, lending library via Kindle, and music streaming like deezer or spotify. Also cloud storage.

2/) it's a yearly subscription membership thAt gives you 1 day delivery free on amazon, plus TV shows/films etc on smart tv's or through amazon tv/fire stick/tablets etc
3) never used them, sorry i go with whoever is cheapest
