the game website reguarly features loads of games for 99p and they are always listed as out of stock- so basically it is virtually imopossible to actually get a game at that price, i emailed them about this and they said the online offers were not available in the shops and that i should keep checking the site for availabilty- i have AND THE GAMES AT 99P ARE NEVER IN STOCK EVER
who should they be reported to?

If they were advertising in the naitonal press you can report them to the ASA - advertising Standards authority. - if on the other hand they are only advertising this in their shops or on the internet, they seem to be exempt.

You can try reporting them to your local trading standards.
