Easylife Advertisement In Yours Magazine

More than three weeks ago, l ordered three items from this company after seeing an advert in Yours magazine.

Since then, l have heard nothing and have not received my order. I have twice e-mailed the company's helpline but neither has been answered.

Have any of you had a similar experience with his company or have any of you had a positive experience with EasyLife?

I've had no trouble in the past (2 or 3 purchases), but now you remind me that I have been waiting a week for something.

I have also e-mailed Yours magazine so that they know what type of company is advertising in their publication.

I ordered a laptop side table and the bits didnt fit together - they took their time collecting it and refunding my money.

it looks as though l will lose my money. My credit card statement is due any day so l will be able to see if EasyLife has taken my money.

Yes, l did. I was 49th in the queue so couldn't possibly wait for my call to be answered.

Today, 12th October, l received an e-mail from EasyLife. Apparently one of the items that l ordered is out of stock and won't be available until early November.

This response from the company was after l e-mailed Yours magazine to complain and my letter was forwarded by them to EasyLife.
