Anyone having trouble with the Monsoon clothing store's website? A long shot, I know.
I can put the things in my bag, but when I try to pay by logging in with my email address, I get a message saying Oops, you can't do this.
I've tried logging in as a new user and as a past user.

I've phoned customer service, and the woman said she can't take orders by phone and nor can she see any problems. They've lost a hundred pounds+ sale if I can't do this. I don't suppose they're bothered.

Thanks, hc. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
I guess the website must be busy. Or something.

Sometimes, I find on various websites that I've missed a box to fill in or tick. It isn't always clear.
