Credit Refund Argument
21 Answers
I placed a food order with a company for Xmas. I've used them once before. Some of the veg wasn't very good so I emailed them a photo and they replied saying they would credit me £10 which I thought was very generous. Last night I decided to place another order as they had some good deals. The min order is £24.99. My order was £29. I then keyed in the credit code and it said sorry you've gone below minimum order. Was getting late so I left it till today. Anyway after a few emails they are saying that I have to spend £34.99 in order to use the credit- in other words buy extra stuff I don't need, which would make the credit completely pointless. Surely I should be allowed to used it on my original order of £29 ?? Or am I wrong.

I appreciate that if this is the case, they should have made you aware of it but the reality is that postage and delivery charges don't come cheap nowadays.
