They should be available on just about every high street! Look in Yellow Pages under 'Art & Craft Shops' for the most likely places but they're also found in haberdashers and department stores which have got decent haberdashery departments.

if you have a john lewis or a fenwicks in london(i've never been to london)  they sell them near the haberdashery (sp) stuff.
