When I Should Replace My Power Transmission Belt With New One?

As we all have seen after running some time the power transmission belts become loose and it needs replacement. Most of us try to use the old belt by cutting it and fastening it again. But what is the ideal agreed time we should change the conveyor belts.

I really have no idea what you're going on about, I'm gong to assume it's a car related issue .... but whatever it is ..... "cutting it and fastening again" ???? Really ???
