they're selling them off at this price as they're closing down for refurbishment... but once they refurbish into 'sports world' they may not sell at these prices... so hurry!!!!

Asda used to sell England kits cheap but I'm not sure if they still do. Phone [phone] (Norwich) or 01493 330272 (Great Yarmouth) to check.

There are plenty of places which can personalise shirts. (I would normally suggest Norwich market but I'm not too sure how the refurbishment is going). To get some suitable suggestions, go to Yell.com ( http://www.yell.com ) and enter 'T-shirt printers' and 'Norfolk' as your search criteria.
