Never mind the Brexit word, has anyone else noticed the prices in our supermarkets going up sharply recently? Even our local newsagents have just put their bread up another 10p this week..

Some foodstuffs are far too cheap when compared to the 70s and 80s, such as milk at £1.48 for 6 pints. I was paying more than 24p a pint in the 70s, I'm sure. Chickens, too, are very cheap in the supermarkets.
Cheese is always on offer but I am puzzled at the comparatively high price of butter.
