I know, from your post to Google Answers, that you're already aware that the architects are Soe Lin & Associates. Every time an architects firm embarks on a major project they normally produce plenty of glossy literature about it. This is normally meant for distribution only to potential clients or others with a professional interest in their work but they usually print far too many copies. They're usually happy to send some literature to anyone who makes enquiries about their work.
Given that you've already made enquiries on the web, with limited results, I can't help but feel that you'd make much faster progress in your search for information if you wrote direct to the architects in Maryland, rather than posting a speculative question on a UK-based site.
I'm sorry if this seems a rather negative post. It's just that the web isn't always the best place to find information. An old-fashioned letter is often the best means to obtain information.
