I like to try them on as i've had many before that just didn't fit my criteria. I've also bought them before under the impression they had a button fit when in fact they had a waistband hook (trouser clasp) instead which is totally impractical.

Ael the next website and the next in store are seperate companies. If you order a product on the next site you're unable to return it to the store. The store can return it to the website though obviously they're very close knit.

I once ordered a lampshade from the online store. It took longer than promised to arrive. The day before it arrived I ask'd the store if i could take one from the shelf, for them to replace with the one I had coming, they said no because it's a separate store. I said OK, can i cancel my order then and then buy one from the shelf, they said if i wanted to cancle my order I had to do it through the online process. I was rather miffed. Who would know they are completely separate divisions..

I didn't realise 'Next' was a brand.

That's reasonable Retro, but the style is slightly too work wear for my liking.

Horses for Courses. Mine get some rough wear on the shooting range and have padded knees. Essential at my age.
