Does anyone know their returns policy? I got a present from there and have the receipt, but it was paid by credit card. Can I get a cash refund?

If the payment was made on a credit card, the store will normally refund back onto the credit card - it's to prevent people obtaining cash fraudulently using stolen cards.

if you take it ack with the receipt the refund will go on the credit card, if you take it back without the receipt you will get a credit voucher to the current selling price of the item. If the item has sonce gone in to sale you could end up with less back for it than was paid.
