Britannia.com doesn't seem to have any subscription or login options anyway, as far as I can see:
https://www.britannia.com/
So I'm lost!

However one fairly common reason for people to encounter a message about their ID already existing is that (after they've already registered an account with a site) they've accidentally clicked on 'Subscribe' (or 'Register), rather than on 'Sign in' (or 'Log in').

After you been on britanna.com a amount you have to subsribe to buy britannia.com otherwise you can't see articles. Other have bought britannia.com becuase they want to see it's articles. They should know what to do.
If you're really referring to 'britannia.com' (which you've mentioned four times now), I'm still lost.

Do you mean 'britannica.com'? If so, use this web form to seek support directly:

Yes it's called britannica.com. I said britannia.com becuase it did't know exactly what it was called. That britannia.com actually exists.
So use the form I've provided a link to, in order to get assistance directly from the staff at Enyclopedia Britannica. Only they will know why your credit card is being rejected, despite it still being valid.

They still haven't answered to the message and email i sent them.
They probably only work office hours, so there won't be anyone there until tomorrow.
There are many different versions of the Encyclopedia Britannica online. The site mentioned earlier is geared towards individual or family users in a home setting. However, there are more in depth versions geared towards libraries and academic institutions. Here may be the problem.

Try using your log-in details on these:

I can't find Czech republic on Britannica library and Britannica academic. I need brittanica to read that. They still haven't answered the messages i sent them.
What do you mean, you can't find Czech Republic on the academic website? I can read the article with no problem at all. If you have an account that expires on 08 21, you should be able to see the article too.
I don't understand why you can't find the article. Can you look at anything on there or is it that you can't access any article? Any messages on the screen? Need more info to help you out here.
If your sign in credentials are rejected, you will need to contact Britannica by email or maybe phone.

I tried signing up Britannica library and it said it was going to contact me shortly and after multiple days it still tells that and no email from it.
