Going through last years box of Christmas Cards, I found a pack of Christmas Stamps. Will I be able to use these this year, or will they just have to be binned? Seems a waste, but I don't want cards not being delivered or worse arriving at the address with a fee for low postage! Any advice?

the stamps will still be valid, just make sure the stamps cover the up-to- date postage costs..
If the stamps are `First Class` or `Second Class` they are O.K. to use anytime - the Royal Mail make it very clear that when you buy `first` or `second` class stamps they do not expire. You can quite correctly buy a stock of `first` class stamps at the current rate of 30p. even though you know that the next day the postage will rise.

Ta much.

I couldn't remember if the postage had gone up over the year (most likelythough!), and didn't want to delay postage.

I have been using odd ones here and there which I have found all through the year, god knows what people must have thought in the summer !
Flippin Heck!!!! Is it really 30p to post 1st class nowadays. No wonder people email so much
