Is 1Pm To Early To Have Make Up Done For Night Out?

I can only find a slot to have make up done at 1pm but I not sure if it to early or won't last all night

Take the slot, you can always freshen up part way through the party.

You may as well - if it's the only slot then you should take it, and you can always touch it up yourself if you want later on :)

I would say too early, but it depends on what you will be doing between getting your makeup done and going out. Sitting in the house chilling may be ok, but if you have to go back to work, especially if it's a hot environment -then no your makeup may 'melt' a bit. Why not spend the money you would have spent getting your makeup done, to buy some nice stuff yourself -there are loads of things on YouTube showing you how to do your won makeup?
