Ladies Cardigan With A Dachshund On It

I am trying to buy a ladies cardigan with a dachshund on it for a gift for a friend.
I can find lots of jumpers, hoodies and t-shirts, but no cardigans.
Don't suppose anyone might know where i could get one please?

Why not get an applique of a dachshund from Etsy (you can get iron on) and the you can get any cardigan. https://www.etsy.com/uk/market/dachshund_applique

The iron-on dachshund is a good idea so I think I will go or that.
