Does anyone know how to contact & speak to a human at OnBuy.com
I've returned an item I haven't been refunded for, after going through the automated robot I'm told first to contact the company I bought from first, after finding the place there is no clear address to contact for me to ask where my refund is. I'm just going round and round in circles.

So your contract is with the company that advertised the item through OnBuy, and not with OnBuy itself. In order to be able to suggest a way of contacting them, we'll need to know which company that is.

I have just looked up the site 'myinfinityworld' and read the reviews telling people to avoid the place like the plague and how others have also been ripped off. I stupidly never researched the company as I thought 'on buy' was a bit like amazon, so I'll just have to resign myself to the fact I'll never see my refund at all.

OnBuy itself has generally got a decent enough reputation. It might be worth asking them for contact details for MyInfinityWorld, so that you can try hassling them, by using the form here:

No I didn't corby unfortunately. A lesson learned and I will use it in the future.

^^^ As I read it, Bednobs, Pussyfoot is awaiting a refund to her bank account (in respect of something that she's already returned) , rather than waiting for an item to be delivered.

It is a return bednods sent tracked via royal mail and received by company.
