It’s lovely but personally I think it’s a bit short for an interview. Perhaps with some black leggings??

Having interviewed many people over my days it really is important that candidates get the right message across at an interview. And remember its first impressions that count the most.
It's not tarty as some suggest but for most jobs this will not do that and, at the risk of being accused of being sexist, I would suggest it would be more of a problem to many women more than men (I know this from my wife and her interviewing comments).

Too short and too frivolous for a serious interview.
If you are going to work in a bar, it might do, but you would still need to wear leggings under it.
For any other kind of job interview, you need something a bit more conventional, with a longer hemline and a more formal style.
Good luck in your interview.

Abby, you seem to look at a lot of clothes online, do you buy any of them? If so you must have plenty of clothes already, and if you are looking for a job, perhaps you don’t really have the money to keep buying more. Wear a dark skirt or trouser suit with a plain light coloured blouse and keep this for all your interviews.
