Bonus Bonds

I was having a clear out of our filing cabinet, and found an old Eon letter that had been sent to
my late mum, she died in2017. Its got £25 worth of 'Bonus Bonds' which were sent to her as part of a reward scheme. Does anyone know if or where I can spend these? Are they still taken in shops? Thanks
