I got a recorded voice telling me to go on line to sort any problems out. I then decided to email them and got a reply saying someone would contact me within six hours. No one did. Rubbish customer services. Terrible.
I finally contacted the manufacturer of my purchase who dealt with the query instantly.

Amazon's customer service is exceptionally good. All you need to do is to start here
https:/ /www.am azon.co .uk/hz/ contact -us/csp ?source =contac t-us
and click on 'We can call you'.
Then work your way through the screens. You'll eventually reach a point where you're asked if you want to receive a call within the next minute or two or to book one for later. Selecting the former option invariably gets someone to call you almost immediately.

'Invariably' went wrong for me. I got a call immediately - by a recorded voice telling me to go on line to sort my problem out. Trying to call them was the same - just a recorded voice telling me to go on line. Absolutely hopeless.
