Buyer Be Aware: Ebay Click And Collect At Argos Sainsbury's
6 Answers
I recently have used the pick and collect and 40% of parcels been delivered are problematic. The store either have not scanned the item or can't find the parcels.
Case 1. Turn up with the FM number and spent more than 30 minutes to find the parcel. Great at least it is found.
Case 2. Courier tracking stated delivered, but a few days later still no FM number for collection. So turned up and shows them the ePC number to generate FM. Told to go back again the next day. Returned and enquired and found parcel.
Case 3. Delivered but no FM. Enquired after 48hours delivery and told them it was delivered and signed by a names person. Staff said there is no such staff as the name stated in n the courier tracking. Now as a Buyer is at a lost. So Buyer will not get any protection to get refund.
Case 4. Presented FM number and scanned by staff. Staff try to locate the parcel but can't find. Now the problem is that eBay thinks the Buyer has collected to the parcel because the FM code has been scanned. So Buyer lose out on this and has no protection to getting a refund.
Anyone experienced any of the cases above and what outcomes did they get from eBay.?
