Does anyone else agree that Argos are great at giving people their money back?

When i worked there we had a policy on xmas gifts, the 16 day money back guaratee was extended until the end of january. We were firm but fair and i never have any trouble getting my cash back (but i get special treatment :-D )

I Love Argos. I agree their returns policy is fair.

My friends husband returned an oil filled radiator saying it was faulty (it wasn't he just thought it did not heat up quickly enough and bought another heater instead) and actually took the radiator back in the box it came in which he had left outside in the garden for two weeks and he got his money back with no questions asked - soggy box and all!!!

What if I bought a big new telly just for the world cup then took it back after 16 days and did the same again?
