I wish I could get a week off for my birthday. When I was working behind the bar I didn't get a single birthday off - I was even at work on my 21st birthday (25th birthday too). I clearly missed a trick somewhere :/

I think Abbey means if she buys Estee Lauder products her make up  will be done for free.  Estee Lauder isn't cheap through.

Soto me it depends on whether Abbey can afford the este lauder make up  and needs to stock up her supplies as she's running low.

It is free, they just hope that you buy stuff from them afterwards. They'll make recommendations and try and get you to buy the stuff they are applying. Yeah, I didn't know that either, my partner just told me. She used to go to Boots every now and then and they'd do it for free, however she'd always buy something from them afterwards, usually foundation.

Sounds good to me. If you've booked it don't let them down. Get it done for free. Don't buy anything unless you really need it and can afford it. Based on your previous financial issues and the cost of your meal tonight plus  buying stuff on vinted this week my guess is you may have better priorities, but it's your life. You know what makes you happy.
