I've just had some excellent service from this company regarding a difficult to find present. Has anyone else dealt with them online and would you care to give an opinion? I'm not advertising.....just pleased with the service.

Unfortunately, I didn't have as good an experience as you did, ianess. I ordered something which never arrived, and it took quite a few emails to get a refund. Haven't used them since, and don't intend to.
