When buying a hat for a wedding, should the hat match the colour of the outfit or should the shoes and hat match?

Traditionally, shoes, hat and bag should match.

I always match the hat and the clothes and pick a neutral colour for bag and shoes!!!

I think these days it isn't so important to stick to 'rules'.

It is far more important to choose an outfit that you enjoy wearing and feel good in.

Glad I have caught up with you again MAGGIE 01. You gave me good advice in october about to tell or not to tell so just to let you know that my daughter and I havent said anything yet as wedding not till june but we fully intend to take advice given in a few weeks when my ex goes to her house. Thank again will let you know outcome when I catch up with you again.
