Does anyone know if Saturday is classed as a working day in the world of DHL? I ordered a phone yesterday to be delivered to work and was told it would take 2-3 working days to arrive so I'm wondering what the chances of it being delivered tomorrow are.

Slim to zero.

Don't know about DHL in particular but most couriers only deliver on Saturdays if you have specifically requested it and paid extra. It's not worth them trying on spec as most business premises are closed.

If you ordered an o2 phone, you have no chance of getting it delivered on Saturday, regardless of whether you stated that as the day you'd like....in fact, whatever date you state, you never receive it then. Not where DHL are concerned, it took them a month to deliver an item to me.
